G-Deck Tape provides moisture protection for the top of joists and around ledgers, seals around properly installed fasteners, and creates a non-corrosive barrier between treated lumber and metal hangers. G-Tape can be used to wrap posts to protect them from degradation due to moisture and bacteria from the soil. It is an all weather, self-adhering, cold-applied tape. It can be installed at temperatures of -20 to 125 degree Fahrenheit and can be applied to damp surfaces with no primer required. It features a slip resistant, walk on black surface and easy peel and stick application. It is not recommended for use in contact with copper or zinc flashings and not recommended for use in contact with PVC or TPO type roof coverings. Sold by the roll at 4″ x 65′ per roll.
